Chris Condé our head chef here at the Inn at Grinshill, has been chosen to appear on the BBC's MasterChef the Professionals programme, which starts screening on Monday, November 7th.
Chris beat hundreds of other professionals from throughout the country to become one of the 40 chefs taking part in the opening rounds.
